EX PM device upgrade

Its probably something obvious but i can figure out why i cant give my bot the upgrade. Its the right one and my bot has over 10 battle exp. So why wont she eat it?!

Those items are used to change the series of your PM ie: change a 41x into a 42x without having to reset and relevel your PM.

Some Require alot more then 10 B ST. I need 30 B ST before I can make mine the Butler, 26 down 4 to go!
