Nanoblast Question

Ok i got this level 28 Beast i and i want to know what level you need to be to nanoblast and how to do it.

level 20, and go to the makeover shop on 3rd floor guardians colony. there should be an option to change "badge" or something like that. change it to any of the 4 badges.

during the mission when you give and recieve damage, your bar under your xp bar goes up. when its full, you can press both attack buttons together to nano.

i got another question. I was playing extra mode and i found koltova juice from a koltova. what do i do with it???
