GC: Error No.100 HELPHELP!

Ok, here's the deal. I've got a modem, and I can get up to the ship select, and it says, Error No.100. You have been disconected. GAME OVER.
I'm connected through the phone. HELP PLEEZE

damn, that happened to me about 8 hours ago or something, and now it just says "connecting to DNS server" and sits there...
