Rule #1 of fighting any boss you are having trouble with: Level up.

Lack of any info given means that what the above says is the only advice you can get.

If you are talking about the part when he goes transparent and you turn into flowen then try using en elemental attack that wont hurt you and keep lashing it. or wait for like 10 minutes until you turn back.
If not, then level up more. ^_^
if on easy mode, then level up more or use different tactic plans.

I tried killing him too when I was your lvl....and well I failed miserably. So I just gave up on him for a while and played episode 1 instead. I killed Dark Falz on normal, and unlocked hard mode. Then I lvled up until 51 and went back to episode 2 on normal and pwned olga flow =)
My point:LVL UP A LOT!

Before he does his heaven punisher attack let him step on you, that will keep you safe from the other attack.

The ariel fight takes longer usualy. cus he moves around to much and is difficult to get a good punch on him. even with magic sometimes. The divin beam when he is grounded is what complicates everyone. It usualy does one hit K.O's depending on level or DEF. And I think thats what most Olga Flow takers fear and complain about losing about the most.
when you hear the charge, move away as fast as possible. you can ignore obsticals if any by pressing the start menu. this will lead to not slowing down infront of obsticals and get you out of the clear. If you are really good, you can time his movements and watch the Geils. They move a certian way sometimes when he is about to blow the beam out from the sky from what I have seen.

most people tackle Olga Flow at level 40-45+.
I got him at around level 36 on easy.
Scape Dolls work if your having trouble with about everything.

To be a HUcast shouldn't be that difficult with power and DEF and such. though with lack of magic it can be difficult to fight Flow. Even on easy mode.
If you are online for hard mode on up I suggest you pick up a good Force. you will need one or it can be a long fight sometimes.

If no magic abilities, on the first round I suggest you pick up a good gun and fire away at him if you dont want to get hit by his close ranged tail whips and such. stay an inch or parallel away aligned with his beam sword when it comes out and run with it to not get hit. But don't touch it or run to fast.
occasionaly use swords if he is laxed out by firing while floating still. Yes you can aim guns and magic when he is below you on the turn table as well. pretty much eat every moment of opportunity to attack him as much as you can. he should be down in both rounds in a matter of time.

then when on the ground for the second phase, use freeze traps and perhaps breaking open a fast moving multi strike sword like daggers or twin blades if you have any. The Geils I beleive are the power to his 9/10% chance K.O branded divine beam. so illiminate them first. when they re-spawn kill them again and attack Olga Flow once more. keep the pattern up and see where it takes you.

The first stage is pretty simple, you shoot at Olga Flow with a ranged weapon. To dodge the charge-up beam with the crossbow, you stay on the side, where the circle on the middle of the platform is, when it rotates around you follow it from that point.

The second stage is a bit more complicated, because Olga Flow has the help of a few new accomplices. To avoid the God’s Punishment attack (When Olga Flow stands still and raises his sword and a holy light comes crashing down), you’d best be as far away as possible. Try taking out the snake-like things that drop all those Giel bombs, since those are Olga Flow’s MAGs. If you take out those, then Olga Flow’s God Punishment attack range is lessened, giving you a better chance to run away from it.

The “right-foot trick” refers to dodging the attack when Olga Flow swipes his sword and all those light waves come out and deal damage( similar to the Grants effect). To avoid getting hit by this, try hiding behind some of the debris/pillars that Olga Flow knocks down. You can also substitute that attack by getting hit by Olga Flow’s right leg, which lashes out when he does this, and you will be hit by his foot instead of his sword waves.

The last concept to Olga Flow is his attribute sequence. It is in stage 2, when he changes orange and transparent; he steals you and puts you inside him, similar to the Dark Falz Soul thing. The trick to hurting Olga Flow when it is like this is to have a weapon that has attributes on the types of monsters (Native, A. beast, Machine, or Dark). When Olga Flow is in this mode, he randomly swiches attributes. So if you have a weapon that is his ???? attribute you can attack him without taking damage. Same goes for magic, except that you must find the random technique that works best on Olga Flow. I hope this helps you out in your battle.

Not even close.

The "right-foot trick" is when Olga Flow gets ready to do the Divine Punishment attack, he moves back his right leg to cast it. You are suppose to get knocked down by it to give yourself some invincibility time thus you would dodge the Divine Punishment. Getting hit by the wave is too early and you'll definitely die if you don't run away quickly or if both mags are still alive.

Probably. It is also a good idea to change your strategy around also.
