CHAPTER ONE

*YAWN*

Jayce groggily wiped his eyes clean upon waking in his bed. Suddenly, he nervously pat himself down, breathing a sigh of relief afterward.

"I'm... I'm still ALIVE!" he exclaimed, as he rose to his feet. He then scoffed, "Hah! Of courese I am! She was bluffing! Who'd want to make trouble with me!?!"

His apartment was quite messy. Various pistols and sabers littered the floor, along with several porn magazines. Dirty hunter outfits lay nearby a washing machine.

Come on now. You're gonna have to walk by sooner or later...

Jayce flicked on the radio: "...group only known as 'Project Dominance' is living up to their name, as they are considered unstoppable as of late..."

Jayce snarled and slammed his fist on the radio, "Unstoppable, my ass!"

He walked over to the window, looking to a bird that had landed on his windowsill...

'Bout time...

*click*

"UGH!"

Gotcha...

A bullet had struck Jayce right between the eyes, allowing him to colour part of his wall and the floor with his brain. He quietly slumped to the floor; his head leaking everywhere.

On a rooftop nearby was a HUmar, and a RAmar with a sniper rifle; he looked unsurprised at his accuracy.

"Shit! Another bulls-eye!" shouted Ness! "How do you..."

*SMACK!*

"Quiet!" growled the RAmar. "Don't cause a scene."

"Sorry, Spy" Ness frowned, rubbing his eye. He then turned to the communicator attached to his wrist.

"Mission accomplished." he smirked.

A woman's voice replied, "Good work... damn snitches... now return to HQ immediately."

Spy ground his teeth at the order made to him.

"Right away." Ness answered back., disconnecting the communicator afterwards.

Ness the turned to the quiet RAmar, "The boss wants us to return to base. Let's move!"

Spy then muttered to himself, "Temporary boss..."

This is just the beginnin'... don't expect your characters to have their EXACT personaities... oh yeah, there's still more characters to add... mwahahaha...

Dag, I knew they were fall guys, but I didn't expect Jayce to bite it so fast. O_o I have two theories about the next chapter so far: A) Jeice is already dead, or B) Jeice was elsewhere. Hrm...

CHAPTER TWO

Upon Ness and Spy's arrival at HQ, Ness strolled into the lounge area and created a conversation with the other soldiers about the hit on Jayce. Spy had retreated to the security room in the HQ...

"...And BLAM! SPLAT! It was over!" Ness exclaimed

"Damn, that's some crazy aim you got there!" replied Frosty II. Frosty II was the only Force in the entire organization. For some reason, the boss didn't feel them as useful, as they eventually became mad with tech using power and ended up having to be killed. "Kinda hard to believe that YOU pulled off that shot! Sounds like a Ranger thing to me..."

"I swear! It was me!" Ness responded wide-eyed, hand over heart.

"Faulty information." hissed a HUcaseal.

Frosty chuckled.

Ness growled. "Shut up Lachesis!"

All of a sudden, a rather large blue HUcast walked into "Silence, she approaches."

The soldiers stood straight and kept tight lips. The HUcast, also nicknamed R.O.N. was one of 'the boss's right-hand soldiers. Quite strong, but programmed to follow orders to a tee. It rumored that the boss had a second right hand henchbot, which was quite vicious, but unfortunately difficult to fully control. It had a personality. No one in the organization had seen this particular model, though.

Behind the droid, strolled an average-sized HUnewearl, scantily clothed, with her blood-red hair tied back. For being a boss, she was quite attractive.

She looked around the lounge for a minute, then smirked. "At ease."

The soldiers relaxed.

Someone's missing here...

"I'm just letting you all know that Project Dominance is damn near invincible. I expect you all have tuned into the news... hell you all have BEEN the news!"

Ness hollered, "We rock!"

The boss winced at this, quickly looked to R.O.N. then pointed at Ness. Not even a split second later, R.O.N. lunged upon the small HUmar and slammed him to the floor; chest up. His neck was then introduced to the boss' high heel boots.

Ness choked while she spoke, "Of course we do, but if your rookie ass yells in my ear again... well, we'll leave it at that. On your feet, and off of mine!"

Frosty fought back laughter.

She moved her boot from Ness throat, allowing him to collect his breath.

"We're doing quite well, but there's still more work to do. We've taken over many other organizations, but don't get too cocky just yet. There's always a possibility of the unexpected... we'll speak of this another time, I've got business to attend to."

She then strolled out of the lounge area, followed by the hulking R.O.N. When they were out of hearing range, Frosty II exploded in in laughter.

"You got punked off! What a a rookie" he cracked at Ness.

"Shut up, force!" Ness roared. "Had it been YOU that robot had slammed, you would'e had all of your bones broken!"

"What!? Don't make me freeze your nuts off!"

*LATER ON THAT DAY*

The boss was in her private quarters, studying where and when to do her next hit at a large desk, paying attention to nothing around her. A nearby closet slowly began to open to the side of her...

A second later, she had a pistol in her face.

For some reason, she seemed fearless "Fool! Do you not see the cameras?"

Spy smirked, "Yeah, about those... I kinda disabled them earlier... I wanted to have a private chat with you...Lady Mayhem!"

"Seems like you've been doing a lot around here, eh?" she joked. "You even know my name! Guess you've got me all figured out!"

"You never have R.O.N. in your private quarters, so I can't believe you think this is funny..."

"I'm guessing you're doing this attempted murder to control my crimewave, right?" she chuckled.

Spy growled, "Attempted!?"

He smacked her with the pistol, knocking her to the floor.

"Think I'm playing now, bitch!?!"

She turned on to her side, spitting a bit of blood onto the floor... "Well, okay then. I guess you're serious... let me show you how serious I can be..."

She cleared her throat, and called out "Shurikane!"

All of a sudden, a fake wall began to give way...

"What the hell?!" muttered a surprised Spy.

Mayhem smirked, "Voice activation is fun..."

I had no idea...and didn't he write part of/all of another fairly long fic at some point back around when V2 started for the DC? If this is the same author, I would have thought it would have avoided any sort of bannable offense. Strange.
