The staggered drop is correct. Recent reports coupled with previous data have confirmed this. The LV80-99 thing is just something SonicTeam decided to do with pretty much all drops. As far as I can recall, all enemies have a twenty level span with that tier, which then moves up to a twenty-five level span at LV100.

Unfortunately these aren't entirely accurate drop tiers. It was confirmed in another thread that LV40-49 Jaggo Sonichis drop Twin Snowy Claw, not Twin Kitty Claw.

During Firebreak, you had to go to certain areas to get different drops. Twin Snowy claws only came from Maotoob...

Maybe the same this time?

The only reason "only Moatoob dropped Snowy claws" is because the only Jaggos ANYWHERE were on Moatoob, with the exception of Urgent Orders. And those Jaggos all fell in the range of non-Snowy drops.

Though now that I've double-checked, all difficulties of Lab Recovery except C would have (and should this year) dropped Snowy claws.

Question! Is there a better chance of Twin Snowy Claws dropping on higher levels, or is the drop rate the same at level 40-49 as it is at 80-99?
