I think that drinking Mountain Dew is kinda counter-active, but I guess you deserve it after swimming so much.

Better than the swimmers I knew that would smoke and eat Taco Bell before meets.

i knew a girl who would go swim after school everyday. she'd also go to Mc donalds to eat afterwards EVERYDAY :/ lol
