Does anyone know where to get the music from the lottery during MAG?

Which one do you mean? During the Item Exchange mission, I think the BGM is "PSO Disc 8" (Day Dawns). When you specifically accessed the Lottery function, "FTM Disc" (Feel the Magic) played. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong on that first one. Anyway, PSO Disc 8 is only available through the MAG Lottery, while FTM disc is one of the Casino Voloyal prizes.

PSO Disc 7 & 8 were lottery only.

They're not tradeable/sellable either, so if you didn't get them, hope the MAG extension is still coming, though not to be a pessimist, but it's looking like it might not.

EDIT: You bought 1-6 for 5 gold badges each from the trade-in mission with MAG.

if i remember correctly, you are right. Day Dawns is disk 8, but yeah i think thats in the background.
