The second clip is a famous out take from Orson Welles doing a commercial for frozen peas. It was passed around and was parodied on Animaniacs with Pinky and the Brain. The Pinky and the Brain version is cleaned up language wise, but still keeps most of the dialogue intact. Just funny how much Brain sounds like Orson.
