jaggo and kawane suit?

Ok a couple hours ago i joined some one's party and heard them talking about a rjaggo and kakwane suit that you can wear just like the rappy suit They say it's from the one up cup

Your companions are full of it. There are no Jaggo or Kakwane suits in the game data. The Rappy Suit was obtainable during 1Up Cup.
