what's a good run to level debuffs?

Use the cubby holes in Plains Overlord and spam 'em. Enemies can't touch you.

Unsafe Passage level 1 monsters cant hurt you bring a lot of low rank tech mags like a Pitoc high PP with no grinds and its only B rank so its cheap to recharge and hold enough PP to level it when their high.

Or the other option is Dark Satellite if you a high level run it on C level 10 creatures, get the the block with the recharge crystal (I think its 3 cant rememeber) and clear the room next to it, then go back for the next spawn and their you go a nice group to debuff and a crystal close to you also.

Their are other areas like this but these are good if your a low level and need to level them with little to no risk.

Yeah, it's block 3. I personally did this:

1) Lab Recovery C
2) Map where block 1 is a large pit (whole block is one room)
3) Kill all enemies until you get to the last spawn (it'll be right next to a ramp)
4) Kill everything in that spawn except for Badira. If there are no Badira, cancel and try again. I found the map variation with Mizura to have the most Badira, but any of them will work.
5) With your live Badira, go to and open the boxes at the end of the hall. This will spawn quite a large group of Badira.
6) Go in to a corner (or the other side of one of the "walls" there, I personally just stood in a corner and had no problems, but I suppose with the range of 21 and 31 debuffs, you'd be able to reach past the wall with no problem) and spam.

Unsafe Passage C is the easiest but may take a few restarts to get the tracks area with 6 pannon spawns in Block 1. Level 1 monsters cannot even damage you so this makes it very easy to do here.

Scarred Earth - C rank.

Stand in a corner and let the 6 to 8 badira rush up to you. They rarely run away. So you are free to sit there all day long taking zero damage from these tiny badira on C rank while you debuff the hell out of em.

I've always did it on Unsafe Passage. However, it be better if there was a PP cube next to a bunch of enemies. That would be the best place to level it. In Valley of Carnage, there is a PP cube; thats where I go to level buffs > though I don't think it be so great for debuffs.
