Hello Community,

at first i want to say I'm very sorry to annoy you with this question. Yesterday I installed Phantasy Star Universe, i already played the japanese version at first but it didn't realy made scence because I'm german. After months and months I found the game in a Store, actually in german. I started to play but I couldn't get online, i tried out my sisters credit card but nothing worked. Also a friend tried but it didn't worked either. I forgot about the game but sometimes when my uncle and i played PSU i just thought about PSU. So yesterday I reinstalled PSU and wanted to patch. There it happened! Suddenly i was able to log in and to play!! I was just like "Yeahaaa". I got online an hour ago and just read the message that there is a maintence today and everyone needs a subscription. That's why I'm begging for help. I'm 16years and i can't get a working credit card here. I will falldown on my knees for someone who could help me out. I can pay with everything you want. Paysafe cards, Banktransaction, Empty working WoW Account, i try to find anything! If you don't believe me and just want to say I'm a scammer, you can get my identity card

try you sister's card again now (since billing is now fixed) and make sure that everything matches to the card. address. name, etc etc. and make sure you are entering the online security code correctly (the 3 numbers on he back of the card)

But you already helped me. Perhaps you are right and it works now, but I need to wait till she is home again. Think she comes in three days here.

thats actually not a bad idea and around here they are in like every retail store.. IDK about Germany though, but more than likely he can.. anyone know stores there where he can get one?

It would probably be best to try your sisters card again, I just googled a bit and found out that the Dresdner Bank also has a prepaid CC... check this link:

Edit: Is that picture taken when trying with your sisters card? Did you leave out the "-" between the numbers (I guess you probably did, just want to make sure)?

You should be able to contact them over at http://help.sega.com you have to register there so you can contact them, but I got quick help when I had to change the country for my account.

If all fails send me a pm with your account details and I will try my luck subscribing for you.

Richtige Info? Richtiges Land? Vielleicht vertippt? Karte abgelaufen? Könnte vielleicht auch sein, dass die Karte/n, die du benutzt, nicht von "gültiger" Art (Visa / MasterCard) sind? Ist auch genug Geld drauf?

If the above's all fine and good, maybe it's just the site itself. *shrugs* I'd double-check/subscribe at any rate.

But if you use your sister's name already, might as well give the right Birthday including the right gender, 'course.
