Can't get S-Rank on Scarred Planet?

I've been running it on my newbies and I can't get S-Rank... It seems like there is debris with boxes behind them and I haven't gotten to them. How can I get an S-Rank on it?

Your gonna need goggles to break open some chit. Monster should spawn somewhere around there.

you don't actually need goggles, just a gun or slicer.

Except one map where the boxes are way too far off, otherwise you don't need them.

Um, pretty sure you need the goggles to mark the obstructions before breaking them.

There is one map where you go thru to the next block and you get a path in front of you to follow, but there are actually enemies behind you. It sets you up looking as if the only choice is to go ahead, but in fact if you turn straight back, instead of going to the last block you actually find some debris and boxes that cause a mob to spawn when you break them. You need to defeat these enemies to get an S.
