Wyndham

i remember hearing of a diddy kong racing cheat that was press Z 100 times.

TalHex
Jun 28, 2008, 05:42 PM
lol the race will almost be over by that point

Tessu
Jun 28, 2008, 05:43 PM
Nonsense, I'm sure I could push Z one-hundred times before a race ended!

TalHex
Jun 28, 2008, 05:46 PM
let me rephrase that, a normal person... not everybody has gratuitous amounts of energy (z button always has been awkward to push, unlike A)

Tessu
Jun 28, 2008, 05:55 PM
I guess I'm just good at repeatedly pushing buttons after banging on my keyboard for so long--erm, I mean, after playing all those mini games in Pokemon Stadium 2 and always trying to beat my friend at the Pichu thing.

set engine.playerpawn bcheatsenabled true
then type ghost.

or maybe killall [objectvalue]

Ridiculously good fun for exploring

<--sucks at constant button mashing, and hates nothing more

the old games used to torture me with that... every single game used to have at least one minigame along the lines of: charge the laser by rapidly tapping A

Tessu
Jun 28, 2008, 06:00 PM
If it was constant button mashing, I could deal. If it was like in Pokemon Stadium where it was like CONSTANTLY PUSH B WHEN IT'S GREEN AND A WHEN IT'S BLUE then it got confusing. Then in Pokemon Stadium 2 you had to use the d-pad AND A and B AND go along with the flow of changes. It got frustrating then xD

now spinning the control stick i'm world class at, the problem is i'm too good at it (i use the palm method) when i finished playing the first sonic riders i had burnt away several layers of skin on my palm because i was spinning the control stick to fast

mario party pisses me off.

Tessu
Jun 28, 2008, 06:07 PM
...ow. xD Just, ow.

I can't play games with things like control sticks and stuff for too long. Which is basically every game. My thumbs are like cotton. They're soft, but sensitive and get sore really easily... Like there was a time where I wanted to get better at Brawl, and I would only play for like 30 minutes at a time but my thumb was always really sore TwT Even PSU does that to me with a 360 controller

Seriously, why?

It was a joke, it was the Konami Code, why did it get deleted? :disapprove:

Tessu

Though, I've had threads deleted/locked before for more stupid reasons. ._.

Nonsense, I'm sure I could push Z one-hundred times before a race ended!

No you couldn't. You'd get bored and go off to do something else before the race ended.

Nitro Vordex

If we're talking about Diddy Kong, I'm surprised anyone even started the race.

Then you unlock this guy in MUGEN.

Don't do that one for real, though, it causes irreparable damage to your game regardless of whether or not you save afterward.

Shadowpawn
Jun 29, 2008, 09:53 PM
Not really, I did that once. Caught, used him a battle (hence screwing up battle engine) turned off the game and play from the point where I didn't catch the guy. Everything was normal after that.

I ran away and turned off the game, after that I got a number of odd glitches, pokemon hall of fame 1-100 were erased, the rest were buggy, and the game crashed around 150 (it wasn't untill then I realized how many times I had fought them).

My dittos would "break" (transform would become a nameless attack with 0/23 pp, the attack was Cooltrainer♀ type.)

There may have been a couple other bugs too, but I can't remember.

This was on Blue Version.

VanHalen

The only thing that would happen in my game was that the hall of fame would show Pokemon I didn't use to beat the Elite Four. Also if you went through it a couple of times you'd get songs that weren't used in the game. Like a soft and slow Vermilion City remix.

Though I did have a Gameshark cheat that allowed you to start with Missingno(or some variant). He had Headbutt, and !

Weeaboolits
Jun 29, 2008, 10:13 PM
When I caught one before it had Water Gun, Water Gun and Sky Attack.

There's a few variations of Missingno that had moves like TM28.
