I just don't really like the sprites for Sonic Advance. Looks like they were done in Paint. ;\

Sonic 1, 2, and 3 had good detail, and better colors.

Advance sprites are easier to edit in paint, I prefer them over the older sprites, they're more detailed and have sharper colors.

The manga is good, it's based on the anime, though, not the other way around, the manga was written by Hajime Ueda, the author of my favorite manga, Q-ko-chan.
