Found 4 Blackbulls over the course of yesterday, and today I successfully synthed 4 Blackbulls, 1 Rikauteri, 1 Gur Asted, and 1 Meteor Cannon. Whoo!!

Edit - Ended up grinding a bunch of stuff, all that stuff mentioned above plus some Conis, ended up getting a Coni 10/10, the Rikauteri 5/10, Asted 7/10, and a Blackbull to 8/10. Pretty good day.

Well I don't have much compared to you guys, but I pulled a [B] Blackheart, and a [B] Gizaha-zashi last night.

Got my male beast to his target goal of LV 80 / fF 15 with the help of FOI, and I'm gonna keep going to 85. I also find a 21% fuka-misaki and a neutral al-senba at FOI. I gave the armor to Logan, and I'll probably keep the fuka for a friend that doesn't have one. Oh, and it was my 24th run of FOI. :)

Had 4 consecutive great runs today of True Darkness, and they were my first four of the day so far.
Found a [b] Tesbra first, then a [b] Blackheart that my friend got.
On our third run landed us another [b] Blackheart which landed in my hands.
Then a Darbelan greeted us the fourth run, only to drop his wallet when he slayed him :c

Today was good for me.

First, I did a run of Sleeping Warriors, just to see if people would join me. They did not. Then, I decided to do a few runs of Dual Sentinel, in hopes of a [B] Double Agito drop. After two runs, I got one, along with Relic Edge. I popped it, along with a few other things, in the ol' loli and did a few more runs. Yet another relic edge. I went back to my room to box some things, then checked some prices. To my surprise, someone was selling some Carriguine Blades for only 500k, so I had to buy them, even though I don't need them at the moment. I log off for a few hours, then check my synths.

Over the weekend I finally got up the courage to do True Darkness to hunt for a Blackbull, and lo-and-behold, I found 2 and successfully synthed them. No crappy 10* Yohmei Rifle for my Gunmaster palette.

Oh man what a wacky world I live in.
So my pure striking PM must be having an identity crisis...
It pumps out a 14% Electric Blackheart earlier in the week, last night I decided to get rid of some boards in hope of useful material so I gave it two Rabol Asted's and a Gur Bazga board.
The Asted's came out with great percents - 30% Fire, 32% Dark.
I decided to make the Gur Bazga a Gur Bazgac since I was low on Walnas and had plenty of Kubara Wood making the synth success a whopping 50%.
Damn thing worked too...

I decided to stsrt hunting Gunner - related rares again.

(I've been lvling Hunter PAs/jobs since December, with my Male Cast)

Day 5 of Rattlesnake hunting at Desert Goliath S2 (mostly solo) - 1 Board!

Day 8 or 9 of Blackbull hunting at True Darkness (again mostly solo) - 1 Board!

Day 5 of Degahna Cannon board hunting, split between GoF S/S2, and Forest of Infiltration S2
- 1 Board found on last run of night, just after luck changeover from 3* to 1*.
Run was started on 1* luck, on the FoInfiltration S2 mission.
During these DC Cannon hunts, I came across 2 Sori/Minds, Sleep Resist, and 2 DC Mats....

I tried running Forest Infiltration S2 today, looking for Sori / Mind. I've had my fill of Grove of Fanatics runs for some time.

First run? [b] Degahna Cannon.

I did tons of Grove runs, looking for this board, since waaaay back in the day. I never, ever saw one drop. So I'm like, hey, super. Fast mission, really easy with my Guntecher (even Incapacitate 2 seems to floor those robots really quickly now), and only two blocks. Maybe I'll try my luck at a second run...

Second run? [b] Degahna Cannon. Yes, again.

Needless to say, I tried my luck a third time.

Third run.... [b] Cati-senba. :P Well, I expected as much. Cannon number one is in the oven right now, for my Protranser. Not sure if I'll make, sell, or trade the second board.

Oh, and I got two Storm Line boards and two Huge Cutter boards from running Sleeping Warriors S2 the other day. When the heck did Huge Cutters start dropping from the boss boxes there?

I don't know when, but the 10* items which drop from the mobs there in SW S2 except Svaltus Sword (so.. Meteor Cannon, Stormline and Huge Cutter board) are able to drop from the end boxes of this mission as well. :) Saw quite a few Meteor Cannons, Stormlines and Huge Cutters now. lol

well for this week i havent really found much been running Sleeping Warriors S2 for the dam psycho wand board lol. i guess i was lucky but last night i went to check the prices of psycho wand boards and some dude was selling for 2.5 million which i did buy. all i need now is 4 relic edges to synth hope it works lol. within those runs i found 2 storm-line boards, 3 meteor cannon boards, 1 svaltus sword b, and 2 huge cutters b.

- Completed my Mastergunner Pallet 8/8 Twin Tornado X2 8/8 Rattlesnake X2 8/8 Shiga Baret X2 ( uhm waiting on my 2X spread needles -_- hax )

Hmmm good question....when i find storm lines i just make better dark for True Darkness i guess it would all go down to what mission you do more..... Hmmm if it was me...i'd make a light one for when neudaiz GBR comes out

yeah, true, i was thinking of dark because, even if i have a 32% dark storm line i prefer castest for the End (with another unit i become immune to megid in electronic brain, as caseal fG and as beast FI..) i also have some storm lines to make but.. i have a big lack of nanopolymers now xD

(good thing is.. none of my castest are gonna fail if i manage to collect all nanos in time.. ^^; )

so true so even then its a WIN-WIN situation. the only thing that would b a downer is the possibilty of a low percent but even then....you could get a lil something back(if you decide to sell them)

I havent mess with mother brain yet.... im trying to get all my light bullets on my Fortegunner to 31 first and rising shot to 40 (38 right now).

So far i have the rifle,shotgun, and machinegun to atleast 31 im gonna wait until i get either the grenade to 31 or wait until i get the crossbow to 21 bcuz i havent even worked on that yet :P

I havent done it myself much but when i do Egg Thieves S if you open all the boxes you will bound to find some nanopolymers there....although you will need another person with u. 0_0

ON a lighter note I found some new buds to run with, they are far less greedy but it is hard for us all to get on at the same time, between work and college.

Oh and one more thing probably the most important was I got a C+ on my Calculus exam, man that class is harder than I anticipated, could be my algebra skills are so bad since I have not been in Math for nearly 1.5 years. I am just hoping to pass with a C, I am aiming B but their is only like 5 weeks left, with a little over half the points remaining.

HECK of a yesterday.

Started to run Moatoob missions since last week, mostly Desert Goliath S2, hoping for another Rattlesnake [B], or my first Shigga Baret [B].

Nothing so far this week.

On my Friday off from work, 7-18-08, I decided to try running some Awoken Serpent S2, in attempts to get the rare maps for Jaggo
- to get the Cati / Bullet PP Save.

I've been leveling PAs and Jobs more along Hunter lines since December - but I started out in this game as a CAST Gunner... especially Fortegunner and GunTecher. Been wanting to get back to my 'roots', so was thinking of getting a Cati Bullet to help that along.

Nothing... except 6 Jaggo Delmas. Argh.

About to start 4th hour of Jaggo Hunt at Awoken Serpent S2...
...and I got Forest of Illusion! \[^^]/ !

I quickly change to ProTranser to power level.

Everyone heads out to the lobby, and starts to disband. We've about 3 left, including myself (Buster Blue), and FoI is STILL THERE/IS THERE AGAIN!

Nope, it's there. Old acquaintance, Yggrdrassil msgs me at that very second - and I practically "shout" a msg back to get over to the lobby ASAP. So, we run AGAIN!

PT 3.3->4.95 or so. A merest fraction before PT 5.
No rare maps, but we DID get a lot of Jigoboomas towards the end. I almost feel bad for doing S, as I've been wanting a Neiclaw with better than the 21% current one I have, and a 'lowbie' friend of mine has been trying to level up a new Cast F Hunter; he could've done the mission.

Oh, and I decided to sell off small amounts of Par/Neu/Mot Walna/Catilium that i didn't need for the current boards I've in store for the upcoming boost. Roughly 10/3/20/1 pieces each.

Set 'em each at 100k LESS than the lowest, to be nice to other synthers. Logged out, then right back in to re-check the price on the Neu Walna; thought I'd maybe priced it too high.

Nothing is in the store.
WTF? I was sure I just set the mats in the store?
I check storage, and find *12.6-ish* MILLION in the PM's inventory. [o.o]?

I was gone for like 30 seconds! TWO people in visitor's log wiped out the whole set of mats in the time I took to re-log in.

Wow. Maybe I should hunt Jaggos more often....

Sadly a buddy of mine quit, so I have about have his stuff, about 65-80 mil in items in storage, another friend has about 180 mil in items of his, and about 18 mil slipped through because he kept putting shit up for one meseta and other people got it unfortunatly. Anyways I expect he will be back.

On a lighter note I got my shots on my twin pistols lvled all past 21.

Oh I must say people who say twin penetration sucks, haha, need to get that lvled. I know it is hard to use on missions with a lot of fighters but If you solo a lot like I do it is real easy to hit 2-4 enemies, it only does for me at least 365 per shot so about 730 per enemy, that calculates to if you hit more than 2 enemies you do about equal and potentially more damage than the elemental shots. I would know because I have my elements, for the most part to 30 and the most I can do with my dark shot is 860 per shot.

I should tell you I am playing as beast FiG using 10-10 Twin Ruby bullets using a cati-power unit, that is incase you want to duplicate my findings, I imaging if I was playing FG I could be doing maybe not signicatly more but maybe add another 50-60 on to each shot if they were at 40 and I would switch to solid power s, potentially increasing the damage further.

As they say you cant go wrong with some twin penetration.

One more note, it took me less than 7 hours to get it to 30, you hit so many enemies that it is very quickly lvled.

I have noticed mother brain drops are actually pretty infrequent. I can run that mission all day and still nothing. Then I take a break from that mission for like 1-2weeks and am like hey I have this strange feeling about mother brain, next thing you know bam another grand cross in like 2 runs. I have seen the cross there like 3 times, and the castes 2 times, both times they failed. I also have seen some tornados a few times, and the blackheart might as well not exist there for me.

Made a new char 7 days ago..and should have it 70-80 by the time july ends...got max lvl (30) on the 3 offensive techs I wanted (diga, foie, ramegid) got resta, reverser, and after tonight all my buffs to final tier...resta and reverser should be 40 by the end of the month...woot woot! Tech bot should be 100 by the end of this week, and my pallet is basically done...other than buying things with a higher grind, although everything on me right now is 7/7-8/8.

*AND, I was complimented multiple times on how "good of a techer" I am...makes me feel all warm inside^^

Try lvling all your buffs to thirty before the expansion, I did it and with a rod to. Took me about 5 days of costant buff party. Probably about 25 hours or more to get them to 21 and another 15 to 30. Lets just say it was rather ridiculous

Failed 4th straight storm line. On a better note got 3 twin Ruby bullets to 9-9 and another to 10-10. Also got to yohemie, killer shot, rifles to 9-9.

I have been playing as a GT and although I can solo missions I do have to concentrate a lot more than on my beast FiG. My guns are far weaker as a Human GT than as a Beast FiG. I was hitting for 847 each bullet with my beast using Dark shot. Now I can only hit like max 635 and that is with debuffs and buffs as GT. Hopefully once all my shots are over 31 and I get the extra % they will be closer to my FiG. I do not expect to hit as hard as my FiG but I hope to hit at least within 80pts of it.

Grinded a shato to 10-10 with 2 star luck. I swear I grind more things to 10-10 with two star more than 3 star. Oh well I needed it because I maxed out my beast twin handgun bullets and want to continue to lvl them up, now I am back on my first character a 130 human GT. GT is not maxed out yet, oh and the only reason i am playing GT is Ihave all my buffs, debuffs, and a few attack PA's lvled up past 21, actually all are at 30 from when I played techer before the espansion.

The mission has lots of enemy skipping. Many points at B1+2, and you can walk to the boss teleporter in B3, without a single fight.

Been a while i update my accomplishment but..wth..

Rifle - 3 element at lv 40, Ground at 31+, Lightning 9, Ice, 6.
Shotgun - 5 element at lv 40, Light at lv 25.
Laser - Ice element at lv 40, Dark at lv 35, rest at about lv 10.
Twin Handgun - 4 element at lv 40, Lightning at lv 19 and Light at 18.


Still a bit to go for a eventuel Gunmaster class switch, but it is something i feel proud over. =)

I'd a pair of Bil De Axe boards/mats, 6+ Ank Dedda boards/mats, 1x Gudda Skela board/mats,
4 Halp Serafi boards/mats, a pair of Gudda Hon board/mats that I was planning on to synth...

But then I found it's more 'realiable/profitable' to sell off the mats/boards, and simply BUY
a Bil De Axe, Ank Dedda, Gudda Skela (the ones I really want) at 32%+ element.

By selling off the mats for the melee weapons I'd mentioned above (B.D.Axe, etc) I actually
went from 18 million to a touch over max meseta!

Now, I *like* having a full meseta stack, don't get me wrong; I feel as if I've accomplished
something neat (I'm a moderate player with perhaps 1500hrs on ONE character, and mostly
solo'd until 1up hit).

It's kinda sad that, even if I undercut the lowest price by ~>100k for Catilium, Morbinia, <X> Walna,
that I make a small PROFIT from selling the mats, and simply using the proceeds on 'made' weapons
with what I feel is acceptable elemental percents.

Not bad, I too need to upgrade my armor and would like to start recollecting Gunmaster equipment for if that ever comes out. So far the only S-Rank, decent one at least, I have is my 50% Lightning Storm Line, I probably will try to Synth a Fire, Ground, Light, storm line with our synth bonus. I would say Ice but I already have a 50% ice crimson line which I feel is pretty adequet at the moment, especially with the weapon armor bonus with the crimson saber.
