Celestial Sheild

I just got it today and herd from some other forum that it's suppose to be pretty rare.
but the stats are lower than my current sheild.
and I can't even equip the thing yet.
I'm a level 60 Ramar, it requires 71.
Is it a rare, should I keep it?

I got 3 in one Skyly game at 51. No idea if its rare or not.

So I'm guessing it's not really rare, wonder if I can trade with somebody for a real rare:

Celestial Shield is a 10+ star rare item, and has a minimum level of 75. Highest EFR/ETH/EIC defenses, general defense rating is similar to Spiritual Shield. Evasion is higher.

I have one waiting for use. Just 2 more levels to go. I have found them a couple of times online.

it's not really all that rare, i run across least 2 each time i play on v.hard ruins.
