Unfortunately, that particular clothing article is NPC-exclusive. There is no version of it that a player character can wear.

depending on that if you will be able to find the cheat code for that or not. I don't use my PS2 long ago, so I m not sure which site is the good source for that. Also, AR2 or Code breaker should be easier to find code.

Its not in the offline data for wearable clothes. Way back, in the day, I did pictures of all the clothing that was unreleased at the time. And I did spinny pictures of all the female clothing. I did that casino girl picture actually, heres the full sized versions for those that want:

Now, by "unavailable offline" I mean, that wasn't buyable at the time and was hackable without model swapping. Offine you can technically "swap" your body with an NPCs. But these were actually in the offline data as wearable clothes. Now, it is possible for there to be clothes that have yet to be unvieled, but its just highly unlikely. Some of these didn't even have items in the offline database for them and could only be visually hacked.

EDIT: For a little clarity, the ethan weber outfit WAS NOT in the offline data for characters. It could ONLY be obtained by swapping your body with an NPCs.

Everything is in an older thread somewhere if you want to dig it up though.

As Itsuki-chan mentioned, that is an offline picture. In offline mode, you can make your player use any NPC-based clothing in the game.

It'll probably be like:
13* Axe = A rank Yohmei Axe with a + at the end of the name.
14* Axe = A rank Tenora Axe with a + at the end of the name.
15* Axe = Ank Bico+

13-14* Spears follow the same pattern with 15* Spear being Handspear+
Same for Twin Handguns etc.

'Course, I hope I'm wrong but I wouldn't put that kinda shit past Sega at this point.

Unfortunately for you, there are no 12*+ axes or spears; unless Sonic Team creates a new one and recycles an old weapon model. As for the Twin Handguns, you can only look forward to the the Guld Milla.
