GC: Mates and FLuids

I'm just wondering, whats everone using as far as non-tech healing goes?

in ult dimates for me because now in gc version dimate heals more then 200 gives me over 3/4 of my hp back

dimates, easily. trimates are still overkill at ult, since you have to heal before you get anywhere >100 anyways.
