Maxing my RAcast

Would anyone be kind enough to tell me a where i can find a guide for maxing out my RAcast? or does anyone wanna calculate it, I'm too lazy to do it, but if forced to i guess i will. Anyone wanna save me some time?

Info i wanna know is just what levels i have to have to have my mag at and which materials i have to use.
