Good place to level Tornado Break?

I like to use this particular skill, but i don´t know the fastest way to get it up in lv.

It's much easier to level now with the extra hit that swords get.

Anywhere with large mobs of little things, like Sleeping Warriors, or Awoken Serpent...those are probably good places for that. I'd also suggest White Beast, but I'm sure you'd like to avoid that place if you can.

Should take you 1-2 hour the most to get it at 21 lol

Yes, it should level up quite fast. You could also get a fire sword and use it on the first 2-3 bajilla spawns at Scarred Planet, or spam it against De Ragan with no scape dolls, die, go back, rinse, repeat. Both are good due to being able to get the most targets hit for more exp.

I've started going to Military Subway to level any sort of AOE skill. Most spawns are groups of 5 seed guardians or robots. Some types rush you, others stand at range... every time you get a favorable block for the attack you want to use the xp% goes nuts. It's awesome.
