The FKL Sitcom: Making a Return

A while back, I had a thread about this. It basically ran off of the premise of "If FKL were a sitcom, which stock-character type would you be?"

After some suggestions to make it into an actual thread, I changed the thread's title and it became the FKL Sitcom. In that thread, we roleplayed what it would be like to actually live in FKL, without most of the craziness of what the B4R has. Sure, it's tamer, but I think it would be fun to revive the Sitcom and see how it does.

Last time, I was the main character's (Van's) roommate, but this time I'll be the landlord/lady of the boarding house/apartment building in which everyone lives. :wacko:
