for example:
handgun= the hotshot
twin pistols= hotshots part deux
sword=the last samurai
saber= the one
card= casino royale
rifles=lethal weapon, top gun
and so on.

Then we can get the "Zee Buster", A pair of Knuckles called "Sharigan," another pair of knuckles that look like Boxing gloves called "Tyson" and a Solid metallic Sword, called "Soilder."

Don't forget that we have Sodda Calibar (or something like that) already. :D

bankai is not the name of the sword, its the command word on shinigami's sword to transform from there second form to their third form. its bankai form is tensa zangetsu. this means heavenly chained cutting moon.

For the Casino Royale card, give it a random damage modifier based on the value of the card throw... You know, so a 2 of hearts might reduce damage and an Ace of anything gets 4x damage. Then, after 5 cards are thrown, you get a special effect for the next shot, so like a royal flush kills every enemy in the room or something.

Wow, someone else here has actually seen that...that was such a weird show, but in a good way. I'd expect nothing else from the guys behind Excel Saga though.

Nah, you're thinking about Apocalypse, which is the relic scythe for DRK. Vassago's is black. It's one of the more common model scythes since it's used for other ones too like Tredecim, etc. The Apoc design would be really sweet too though.

If I recall, Vassago's could only be gotten in a BCNM. Can't synth it. I haven't played FFXI in several months though, so I may be wrong on that. Out of curiosity, you wouldn't happen to be on the Diabolos server on FFXI, would you?

when it comes 2 scythes i like the one that some girl used in Samurai x the one where they couldn't kill here but they had 2 disarm her so they broke her knee cap. that was a cool scythe and it fixed the biggest problem with scythe the the attack speed with that ball and chain attached 2 the end it made for one hard core defense and a 1v1 offense that not even a master would want 2 go ageist. or the scythe and chain that Kohaku from Inuyasha that had good range with the decent defense that comes with a chain but both would be a style in them selfs so wont expect them in any pso/psu update

Oh, I doubt any of these ideas will ever make it into the game. This thread is just to allow people a chance to dream up their own ideas for new weapons, even if realistically, they'll never be implemented. ;p

To Ruru: Seraph? Bah...I meet so many people that play FFXI, but no one's ever on Diabolos. ._. And I'm too cheap to move anywhere else. >_> As for that scythe, hmm...dunno, might have been Orichalcum Scythe? There's others below that one you can synth, but their names escape me at the moment...
