You know it, the interviewer knows it...it's just not said. That's has to be like the worst feeling...EVAR. I mean trying to make stuff sound good off the top of your head and frequent "um"s fill the conversation. I mean that really has to suck.

Anyone ever been in that position?

My first interview, I know I totally bombed it, so I wasn't surprised when I got the rejection letter. ;-;

I haven't done any interviews, but I know the feeling when you know you failed an application. :disapprove: REALLY need to get a job soon...

The best is when you think you nailed it, but then a month later they still haven't called you. :)

I've walked in for an interveiw, and they turned me right around.
Yeah, the hiring manager was fired right before that. Quite tragic really.
