AoI, expansion pack for PSU

Is the expansion pack worth it if u dont play PSU online but just on the system

It's worth it.
PSU v1 offline compared to AoI offline, AoI beats it by far in all aspects. (well, kinda missed the cutscenes though)

From what I can tell you right now (I'm sure I will forget to list a lot of new good things, but let's have that "etc." make you explore it yourself!):

- New items (up till 15*) + new weapon kinds (called TCSM, RCSM and yes, Whips+Slicers! xD)
- higher lvl cap (200); higher job class lv cap (30); higher PA lv cap (50)
- a good variety of new features
- Obviously more, new and adjusted old missions with different ranks including many new enemies, new bgm's and new locations
- adjusted jobs
- etc.

What you might miss out on:
- Rifle knockdown
- Absolute Zero
- Cutscenes

Another note, if you have Episode 1, on free mode, complete story mode, so that when you import your data from PSU v1 to AOTI, you can get Karen's Partner card. It's not available in the expansion.

And don't forget to get some items in extra mode of v1 because some of them aren't available in the expansion.

as a side note, you only get offline aoti on PC/PS2 and not xbox 360. If you play pon PC/ps2 then disregard this but I'd hate for you to shell out 20 bucks to download something and not be able to use it.

Yeah, sucks that the expansion is online only on the 360.
