What is a good mission for a level 62 to lvl up?

I'd say almost any mission is these days with the AoI exp adjustments. Just try to find a party to level up with. I suggest trying to play with people at the weekly mission spotlights.

Mad Beasts S - Bring some friends, or some good NPC Beaters, and start farming the PA Frags.

Scarred Planet A. Bring a good % lightning armor. Good place to level up bullets.

Lightning Beasts A - much more of a chore, but not too bad. bring some lightning armor.

AMF HQ / AMF Subway A - best MP of any non event /rare mission, so-so drops.

Sakura Blast B - It's always fun to kill Boomas. :) The Komazli at the end are a pain, though.
Mizuraki Defense - Moonlight Beast - The Holy Ground - Easy Bosses, decent xp, about 20 mp though.

Valley of Carnage / Mine Defense / Tunnel Recapture / Caves of Ice / Awoken Serpent ... And if it shows up, Forest of Illusion. Recommended if you've got friends, and a few hours to kill. Plus, it gets you to the Casino, if you haven't already gotten there.

There are 2 episode 2 missions with large enemy counts - Price of Genocide and the Hyuga Rescue mission.

The trick of not getting bored with the game is to do more than one mission all the time. Mix it up a little bit no and then. Also, if you think you can handle it, play the highest mission you qualify for, and you think you can do without getting pounded too badly.
