Yes ... but you'll need 2 online accounts to do it if you wanna use them at the same time. If you just wanna play offline, you should be fine.

If you try to log on the same account, the first one will be kicked out from server while you try to log on with your 2nd PC.
But yeah, of course it's possible with different accounts.
