I can't find the mic to our computer so I'm gonna buy another one next time I get to the store.
What would you guys recommend? (preferably something cheap but nice quality)

I use the USB microphone from my Rock Band bundle and a pair of Skullcandy earbuds.

I have a Gigawar one, works fine for me, though I don't recommend using the headset part.
Although, its cool because the speaker for the headset has a seperate jack, so I don't have to use the headsey speaker, I could use my stereo speakers instead.

I bought the cheapest headset/mic I found at Fry's (http://shop4.frys.com/product/5036465;jsessionid=T-uADRv6UFmVHaaX1dcdZw**.node2?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_R SLT_PG) for $10. They have separate line in and out connectors, so I only connect the line in plug and use my speakers instead of the headphones to listen (headphones, in general, get very uncomfortable for me after a while). I don't think the mic quality is a problem for voice chatting, but the unit doesn't fit my head at all, so I'd get earbuds or adjustable headphones if I were you.
The preceding: my inexpert opinion.

I want to mention the Snowflake, but I don't know off of the top of my head how expensive it is.
