i haven't heard about Heaven Punisher as a weapon yet, but i know there is a SUV called Paradi Cataract that does a moves that looks like Heaven Punisher's special attack.

yeah it must have been the Paradi Cataract. A friend of mine showed me a screenshot a while ago saying it was the new heavens punisher. I just looked up the Paradi Cataract and it looks exactly like what he showed me from the results that popped up. damn...
