Weird, I've seen a few things make those same series of noises, but looked nothing like that.
They were always some kind of futuristic space gun toy, or something.
Must just be the sound chips that are worldwide.

its the backpack for some Master Chief looking action figure. its so heavy he can't stand up under his own weight. the laser gun used to be attached to it and would light up on button press. but i broke it off cos i was a kid who loved to break things. and no the damage and wear wasnt there when it was new.
