ive been wondering how this w0rks...say ur a ranger and ur supporting ur team from a far and a red item drops...the hunters who are up front get it...so how do forces and rangers and those ocasional hunters who use guns get dope items in hard lvls?

Yeah, they've pretty much got it. Either play with good friends willing to share, or sorry 'bout your luck! ((Or rather, class!)) HUnters ((More specifically HUmars. XD I love raggin' on 'em.)) get most of the rares. I play a HUcast, so I'm always up front, but if I have enough time to determine a specific rare, I'm usually willing to share, if I've already got one, or class restrictions wont let me use it. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

try standing beside the boxes while shooting monsters.
that way, you will be shooting monsters, getting the EXP, hitting the boxes AND getting its contents while appearing to be a "helpful" teamate. hehehe.
(got that idea from a gaming magazine)
of course you can always go offline to get some items.

i happen to play with nice people alot of the time. if its a cannot equip, they tend to drop it. addslots and photon drops are fair game though.

i generally find items offline with my force. as a force i have to hunt offline to build a cash supply for online play. in the process i get my share.

if you find generous partners to play with often, you will be fine. some people are grabby, some are not. try playing with people higher levels than you. the stuff a level 100 would go crazy for, a level 140 may already have.

experience is something you can get from grabby hunters. a force can rafoie bomb, and a ranger can use a shot. if they are stingy with items, steal exp. if they are generous, support them. you win either way.
