Well, to get a Heart of Chao, you first need to trade for a Jack-'O-Lanturn. Once you have a Jack-'O-Lanturn go offline and do the trick to get the right mag cell you want. Voila. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif That's how I got my Chao and Chu Chu cells.
