I rarely can enter any rooms

I do'nt have the expansion, and I can't go into any rooms (rarely I can) is there any way to filter the expansion rooms so that I can enter them?

or do I need to get the expansion??

Don't think so, you can't go into any AOI rooms if you don't have AOI. It's like 1600 MS points on the marketplace, you should definitely get it if you can. (and btw this probably should be in psu general)
