when i hit lv 100, VARISTAs, DB SABERs, BATTLE VERGEs, LACONIUM thingys, etc. are readily available in shops in Ultimate. also, Star Atomizers, Scape Dolls and Monogrinders are available alternately everytime you get back from Ragol.

yes, perfectly normal, the more common 9 star rares could be bought from shops back on the dc.
