View Full Version : Support tickets, how long did it take?

So far I've only had to send in 2 support tickets because of problems with my game, the first time it took them 2 days to respond, this time it's been 5 and still no response. If you've sent in a ticket before and you remember, how long did it take for sega to respond?
It's annoyed me that they aren't conisistent about this.

the 1st time was 2 days then they had to get back at me and its been over a week. so just keep waiting lol

They responded in like 15 mins when I had to do it but that was something different.

Then you screwed something up or didn't send it correctly or to the right place. No way it'd take that long.

i asked to be unbanned once, i told them i didnt dupe grinders
2 hours later they sent me a e-mail saying we checked your records and we are sorry, u are now unbanned ^^

i logged onto segac support, they sent me an email conformation that they were "working on it"

once i sent them support form and tehy gave me no reply for a month. i sent another one and thats when they replied in 2 hours.
if they take way too long to reply send another

oh i was looking at my previous report forms and one of the e-mails said this:
Problem Time =
Name of Problem User = VOLTRON
Problem User Level = 30005741
Problem Gamer ID = PIKA CHIEF
made me think of MAG time attacks. Yes VOLTRON is a problem user :disapprove:

Check your account, and it should show your pending questions, and their status. If it stays pending for too long, you could possibly try sending again. I had to do that once myself.

I had a report sent during the 065 escapade and got a reply in 5 minutes... which shocked me.

I sent three tickets over a three week span, and only ended up getting a reply because I pestered ChillAura until my issue was resolved.
