I got my bacon cheese angus from mc donalds and put a bunch of french fries in it then put a whole LOT of ranch inside the burger! :D

I would say how unhealthy that is, but you took all of the icky stuff and simply ingested it at the same time. It's just as unhealthy as it would have been if you had eaten everything separately.

i wasnt gonna eat the ranch by itself D: my sister asked for ranch and they gave her like 6 packs LOL so i took it. i also dont usually eat their fries.

if my mom would let me i would've eaten 2 tho :( lol
