Well there are two seperate pc/ps2 servers.
The xbox360 servers are combined, the US/EU with the JP one.
The JP Pc/ps2 server is seperated from the US/EU one.

Yes there are loads, the 360 version has alot more people on it, than the US Pc/Ps2 server, and the JP one does aswell. also the JP Pc/Ps2 server STILL GETS UPDATES.

lighting model is better on 360. 360 has voice chat, whether or not thats a plus is up to you. a decent PC can run the game in higher res than the 360, with shadows. first hand experience, PC runs the game much faster, i played it on an alienware system that is atleast 2 years old now (single core AMD FX57, ATI 1900XTX, 4gig ram) at max settings no hiccups other than the occasional network lag. a quick breakdown..
360: you gotta have the disc and download the expansion + the monthly fee
voice chat; runs 720p, 1080i - arguably better visuals (lighting); vastly more populated
PC: you can download the game for free (know where to look) and only pay the monthly fee; crisp, clean graphics at high resolution. can also run window mode for multi tasking.

The 360 doesn't get updated at all, its really terrible. Lots of people quit for a while and come back when updates happen (I might do this).

PC and PS2 expansions have offline mode with CG cutscenes that 360 does not have

Simply the only difference is that of the population, which matters most in my opinion.

Meh, who cares about the CG, they're the same missions that are online anyway and some of them are absolutely atrocious.

Except for a few minor differences, the GAME ITSELF is the same on the PC/PS2 and 360 servers for the NA/EU version.

InB4flamewar. I play both vers. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Some of the PC vers advantages have been noted above. I have never experienced game slow-down on my pc. I have found my 360 to slow down on certain missions. From my own experiences I find the 360 community, shall I dare to say, more immature than the pc/ps2? The 360 has a much larger population, therefore its easier to run into spotty little teenagers and general annoying players than on pc/ps2. However, that is also the pc/ps2s downfall, it can be quite difficult to find a decent sized party when your friends are not online.
