Billing Issue?

It says my next payment is at 16:00 today, but my account should be active right now (it says it is) and isn't (I'm getting error 65). Is anyone else experiencing this, or should I send in a ticket?

So far, there hasn't been anyone else experiencing the problem. We'll have to wait and see what the future brings.

Sending in a ticket may help. It won't hurt sending in one nor will you lose something if you do so. :)

durring mag there was the terror of the 065 from the black server! now we have return to the black server were 065 dwells!!

OK. I got it sorted out. There was just something wrong with the CC; although, I have no idea why they didn't note that. I also wonder why I was inactivated so early, but I'm not surprised or that upset about it.

I know even though Sonic Team said we're getting the extension, it's still hard to believe. But even so, I'd renew ASAP because I still wouldn't trust the billing server when everyone tries to renew at the same time once MAG arrives.

Umm. I just checked it this morning, and it still says active. Then I checked my list of purchases, and it says it went through at 17:14 on the 25th. I guess it should work fine now (*hasn't tried*), but it's kind of weird they inactivated me so early. Oh well. It doesn't really bother me much.

I got the same problem, to clear up something tho its Error 60 (not 65) and the error 60 is "failed to recognize sega is)

got the same issue says my licensee ends today so i renew and still error 60, and it says my old and new are active... :-?
