I can remember the early on promo videos of psu, and I kept seeing this blue haired caseal...
I Dunno if it was her original design, or if she's a whole different character, but either way, I thought the blue haired caseal was easily more attractive than karen or mirei :x...anyways this is the caseal

@ Ken : I think even in the videos they could've shown Lou somwhere, I dunno :-? I just have a selective memory...but seriously, put some bunny type antennae on her head and shes vivienne, albeit minus the spooky eye color

Oh I know I mean since the video that had her in it was so OLD (I don't even think they had lumia picked yet :lol:) Maybe they like went in the lou direction for the first cast npc and saved the blue chick for later in the vaults :wacko:

Who knows. Tons of stuff goes on in the early days and get scrapped.

Doesn't really look like her aside from the blue hair.

Most likely scrapped ideas. I think a lot very interesting CAST concepts were eliminated to stream-line them. I used to had some save images of SUVs attached to the small of the back on CASTs with arms attached to the barrel. When it comes to Sega Team and their mechs, it's the one thing they go all out on.
