does it matter where you said it? I said it in my room and in the guardians first floor while it was empty.

it didnt matter where, only when i believe it was.

i think guardians first floor, but i could be wrong and then obviosuly you had to say it during the even time or birth day i dont know

hmm i believe the site said during the event hours you had to say it in a lobby. any lobby during the time period i believe. didn't matter if sonic or any other skinned av was there. not like you could even seen sonic everyone just ran on top of him and many people just spammed the happy bday over and over.
