Switching to Jpn servers

I'm trying to do my billing info and it keeps saying this:

Looks like it's not accepting your credit card. JPN Server only accepts Visa/Mastercards with the billing type set to "Monthly Recurring". If you're using Visa/MC and have the billing type set correctly, well, then I'm not sure...

Why would you want to play a game which requires a fair amount of reading to enjoy on a server which uses a language you cannot read??

well I did get the same problem as you when i used my Debit card...it didn't work.

registered my Credit Card...it worked.

So i dunno how to fix that. :l

I used my Credit instead of my Debit Card...
