It was a drop during a limited time event. 1up cup EX mission the Hive. It doesn't drop anywhere else currently. The same with hard/hp restore and hard/stamina. IIRC it drops during Dengeki Mission carnival as well. (probably will just be mission carnival when it comes here)

Might as well. If it's going to be in the next event, sell it while the price is up, and it isn't all that useful. An extra 1% on HP regeneration from me? Meh. I don't know anyone that still uses restore units.

You won't be able to get any of the other hp units until we get the shred the darkness event. Mission carnival doesn't drop hp restore units. So 9 months from now you might be able to get this and hard,orpa hp restore.

Ah, I must have confused Mission Carnival with Shred the Darkness. I file it all away mentally as "stuff we may get in the future"

I still use one..I'm just gonna sell it or something once I finally find a black heart though.
