Clothing and parts in drops?

Hello there i have just starting playing PSU AOL and love it to bit never been so addicted to a game since eve online, anyway newbie question can you get new cloths or parts from drops of the NPCS in game please,,

BTW iam lvl 42 in game and we play as a party of three , the lads from work we would love to know the answer..

and if no they should do rare drops only from NPCs

only in mag, were the npc u take with u can influence the boss boxes. otherwise i dont think they do. offline they do though
