I'm getting error 065 while PlaySega says my current subscription has been processed successfully. Good job, Sega, you've done it again.

After reading around, I'm not the only one with 065 again. Enjoy your Maximum Fail G, guys.

I posted about this other day, and everyone was like, "Oh silly Kylie. Get back to your silly ways."

Sorry. Posting at 3:30 AM is not good for me. :sleepy:

The billing server is still in England so I think they lied about getting a new one.

Try sending in a support ticket if you haven't. http://help.sega.com/?group=englishusa&t=EnglishUSA
Being 65'd myself, I sent one in yesterday. Exchanged a few replies with Edward in the evening, and I was able to get back on when I got up this morning.

My friend had this problem, and he sent in a ticket. They sent him back a message along the lines of "We acknowlegde the problem and are working to fix it. Your account will be up withing 24 hrs." They did fix it by the next day, so I guess it is that they're just delayed like sylvia said. Just wait a day or two and send in a complaint. Hurry you only got 2 days left!

I can't log in to send in a support ticket.

Oh, you guys!

My wife went through this, as well. As Edward explained it to me, the account was billed during the authentication servers' downtime. The end result is that the billing system failed to inform the authentication system that the account has been paid, therefore, Error 065.

Umkel, you'll probably have to create a new account on Sega's support site (http://help.sega.com/). Apparently when they changed the billing system, the support site went with it, so your old login information won't work.

Trying to submit a support ticket only results in a blank page that is stuck loading forever. I love Sega.
