Question about possibly reactivating a "cancelled" account

Hmmmm alright on the July 27th. I recieved an email stating that my account was going to get cancelled(due to billing issues) I'm curious when I pay for amount i owe, will my account be reactivated....

I'm really confused about it becuase when i called Xbox Customer Service, i heard 2 different things:

1.If i do pay the amount the account will still be cancelled(meaning i cant use it again)

2.If i do pay the amount the account will be reactivated so i can use it.......


I'm hoping #2 but im not gettin my hopes up tho :P

it will be answer number 1 but you can still play after you paid the $$ you owe you just need to pay 10 dollars again to buy the guardians license

Yes, if you re start the account you will be able to play. But you need to pay before.
