Where to get Resta?

I've been looking all over for Resta but I can't seem to find it.
I'm currently a level 40 Master Force.

You get Resta as a milestone reward after completing chapter 1 in story mode, I dont know where else to get it though. Hope that helps.

Really? What marks the ending of Chapter 1? I've tried to play Story missions as much as I can, maybe I missed something?

Soo~ I heard you get it from your PM as a milestone reward. I didn't know about this, how do I get access to that?

Select 4th option on the PM
From there, 5th option shows all the titles you've earned
6th lets you claim rewards from the ones you've earned
