On PSUPedia it says the synth rate is ??-86%. Is 86% on a 100% Range bot or is it 86% on any bot?

And the [B]Psycho Wand is 99% on a 100% tech bot right?

Because someone told me the Psycho Wand was 99% on any bot so I was curious if the Rattlesnake was special like that too.

Correct. PW is 99% on a lv100 tech PM.

I can confirm that I onced synthed a psycho wand in a butchered bot ( was a rookie at the time and didn't know any better) and the synth was 75%.

The Gods were with me that day!!
