Can someone Help me get to the almighty lvl 100

i'm level 96, i my goal 110. my rival has made it up and past me at a whopping 103 (last time i check)
i'm sorry if i'm being selfish, but to some hunters this should be a challege, to help me. if not anything i'm trying to make more friend, i would like to meet caseals because i personally like them. if anyone would like to help PM me please...or postif no one post i'll just not try.
