There isn't a grinding bonus, there's a grinding... boost~
After MAG2 of course, synth rates dont raise chances of high + grinders.

the bonus is for grinding your weapons and it's only in effect after MAG. And ya, you just have bad luck with getting higher grinders. Actually, getting all +1 is really something. Great job!

While you most likely misinterpreted that the grinding boost was to make grinders, it was stated that the synth boost should increase your rates of getting a +10 grinder.

yeah, I am not the biggest on grinding I usually sell mine anyways, and use money to buy grinded weps.
