Gaozoran Rod board not affected by Mag

Well i got a rod one run then the next run i got the board so i made it cost about 600k to make which is really cheap so i go look @ the prices of a made one and a 0/8 is 15 mil so is the board not dropping that much with mag?

They didn't drop much during the first MAG either. It's not that yours in particular is special. Gaozoran Rod [b] is rare, though. It won't really be affected by MAG. It never was. It's just, they don't drop often, even outside of MAG. >_>;

The material however, is affected by MAG. They dropped from what, 500K before MAG? They're now 50K, lol.

Same with skill / saves from rappies, they just dont drop as often as you think they should. This three star luck is bogus in MAG, I have seen 1 set of Twin Ruby Bullets drop. That is about all I have seen. I saw one blade and maybe 3 Carriguine boards. This event blows. I am not even going to run it now that I hit 140. I off to TD to find an Agito Repca board and I will just buy up all the cheap stuff that is coming from people spamming MAG.

dc 3* luck in general is bogus.

it increases drop rates, not rare drop rates, so if if had even higher luck than 3* everything can just be dropping berries and monomates if it wants. luck doesnt make more rare things drop it makes more everything drop.

just events increase on drops are special, those are the only actual rare drop increase

I dunno I have been rather lucky finding stuff in MAG. Though I think it has more to do with soloing the mission like crazy then any damn luck.

Actually, I swear we have -3* luck, because when I did a non mag event, it seemed like enemies were dropping fewer items than usual (an entire mob of badira's not even dropping a monomate?!)

every run is almost always gaos. i dislike sure the delsaber looking guys can be deadlier but i prefer to fight a slowed down delsaber with an inaccurate jump attack but its combo attack can kill me, then fight gao.

A friend got some gao boards during MAG in SEED Awakened but I don't know of anyone seeing them in MAG

This. You saw them drop every once in awhile during 1up because there was a 500% drop modifier.

The easiest comparison you can make is MAG rappies vs. FOI rappies. MAG rappies rarely ever drop cati / skill, but the FOI 500% rappies will drop you a room full of them. Go figure.
